CHANGING GOODS
Changing goods is only possible after you contact us via e-mail; retour@lauradols.com .
Returns will be accepted within 14 days after delivery provided that the article has not be worn or washed and is tagged with the original label.
Our merchandise is tagged. If the tag has been removed, you can no longer return and/or exchange the item. Please remember, changing items is not allowed if you have given us wrong measurements or if the article does not please you.
Once we have received your returned article, you will be reimbursed within two weeks. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Laura Dols (some exceptions may apply).
Laura Dols presumes you will return the items in the same condition as we have sent them to you.
Laura Dols does not accept returned packages send as Franco or cash-on-delivery.
