- Do you purchase items from private individuals?
Yes, as long as it matches our style and quality criteria. Clothes can be brought in at anytime. If we feel we can sell your items you will receive 1/3 of our sales price (excluding vat tax). If your goods need mending or are dirty, you may be offered less. You will receive your money (cash) in the shop. - What are your opening hours of the store?
For the opening hours you can check our website. Contact - Is it possible to exchange an item?
When bought in one of our shops you can exchange any item within 1 week as long as you bring your proof of payment and the original price tag (some exceptions apply). We will not reimburse cash, but you will receive a credit voucher, which will be valid for one year. (Purchases via the website have different conditions as stated below) - Can I buy clothes shown on the Laura Dols websit?
Yes, you can buy online. there is a vast variety available online such as eveningwear, party, wedding and dressing up clothes for both men and wonem. We offer "farmers" bed linens and other articles via Laura Dols Living and Laura Dols Design online. - Can I request another colour or size for a specific item?
Laura Dols sells unique pieces of clothing, not two of them are the same. However, we often do have items that are very similar. Please ask and we will accomodate as much as we can. - Can I rent clothes at Laura Dols?
Private individuals cannot. In specific cases, we sometimes supply clothes - against a rental fee - for certain commercial usage like film or photo shoots. - Are there additional Laura Dols shops in other cities?
No. Laura Dols are only located in Amsterdam. - If I see an item of Laura Dols in a magazine, can I then always purchase it?
All our articles are one-of-a-kind. If its is no longer available, we can look for a comparable item. - Does Laura Dols offer employment opportunities?
Vacancies are usually filled via personal references. Sometimes we do have opportunities for trainees.

- How do I take my measurements
See our instructions on the page “treasure your measure ‘. Be aware! You are responsible for taking the right measurement and supply us with the correct sizes. You cannot exchange items if you have given us the wrong sizes. Sorry. - How can I pay?
Currently we accept Ideal and any other bank transaction. (Soon we will also take Visa and MasterCard.)
- How much will the shipping cost be?
Shipping costs depend on weight and location. Please check TNT post rates. - How long is your delivery time?
Usually within three working days after your payment, your order will be deliverd to TNT. TNT delivers within 24 (max. 48 hours) within the Netherlands. Delivery times abroad depend on your location. You can follow the status of your order through track en trace . - Can I exchange items bought online?
