This document sets out the terns on which we will do business with you. Our enterprise governed by these terms of business includes the website www.lauradols.com and www.lauradols.nl  and our company Laura Dols BV.

Customers agree to all conditions as stated in this document and are bound by them from the moment they order –or purchase—goods from Laura Dols BV either directly or via the website(s).

Laura Dols BV is registered at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce. Registration number:  34258283.

In case of a dispute, we will always try to resolve matters in good faith first. If we are unable to come to an amicable solution and the case has to be referred to court, you agree that all legal disputes will be submitted at the courts in Amsterdam under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dutch Law. If, at the opinion of the official Dutch courts, Laura Dols BV prevails, Laura Dols BV will be entitled to fair compensation of expenses including legal representation, to be paid by the opposing party without delay.

1. Prices
All our prices are in Euros, and include VAT. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. However a change in price does not effect previously confirmed purchases. 
Laura Dols BV cannot be held responsible for, nor will it be bound to honour, listed prices, which are the result of printing mistakes, soft ware glitches, or other legitimate errors (this also applies to mail and e-mail). If legitimate and unintentional mistakes occur, they will be rectified as soon as possible.

2. Payments
After placing an (online) order you will receive a confirmation e-mail. In this e-mail, we will inform you about the total cost and supply you with an invoice number. Your order will only be processed after we have received your payment. If your payment has not been received within 72 hours (or 3 working days) following our confirmation e-mail, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

2.1 Telebanking
Telebanking is an acceptable way to pay online through your own banking software. Telebanking works just as quickly and safely as iDEAL. Our confirmation e-mail will supply you with all the details such as invoice number, total costs, our bank details, IBAN number.

2.2 Paying with iDEAL
iDEAL allows you to pay for your purchase online safely, securely and easily. You are able to make your payment via your own bank, based on the specific security methods of your bank. If you have an internet account linked to your bank account, you can use iDEAL without having to become a member of iDEAL.

2.3 Payments from abroad
If you want to make a remittance from outside The Netherlands, you can send it to us via bank transfer. Usually the charges of international transfers –below € 10.0000—are similar to the charges of a domestic transaction – but please check beforehand. If there are wire charges, they are your responsibility and ignoring to pay them in addition to the quoted costs, may lead to cancellation of your order. You will find our bank details on the e-mail confirmation note.   

3. Cancellation of an order
Each order may be cancelled within 48 hours after you placed the order, or 24 hours after receiving your confirmation e-mail, whichever is the longest in time.

4 Shipping
Transportation costs are at your expense. We will estimate these costs as precisely as possible and notify you in our confirmation e-mail

5. Shipping Method
Shipping within the Netherlands will be handled by TNT Post. TNT has a Track & Trace system, which allows you to follow your package online.

International shipping will be handled by a variety of Companies. We aim to supply you with the most cost effective method, depending on your wishes for speedy delivery.

6. Deliveries
When problems with supply or transportation occur, which could lead to delay in delivery, we will try to inform you as soon as possible (via email).
We only supply from our stock.
• We aim to forward all orders to TNT post within 5 working days after receiving your payment.

• If we are unable to deliver within twenty (20) days (barring transportation problems beyond our control), you will receive a message informing you about the delay. If such a delay occurs you have the right to cancel your order, and are entitled to a full refund of the amount already paid.
• Special offers either presented in our stores or via the websites are only valid as long as our supplies for that specific remain in stock.
• The address you have supplied to us before shipment will be the valid delivery address. Any change in address after shipment will be your responsibility. Laura Dols BV can not be held responsible for the loss of a shipment if you have supplied the wrong or an invalid address.
Laura Dols BV cannot be held liable for damage and/or inconvenience caused by delays in delivery schedules.  

7. Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, contact us as soon as possible –but no later than 14 days after receipts of the goods—per e-mail (send your e-mail to: retour@lauradols.nl)

We offer you the possibility to exchange your purchase within 14 days after delivery, provided that the article(s) is not worn or washed. The purchase article should still contain and/or include the original packaging and labels. Our products are protected with a special tag. If the tag has been removed, you have forfeited your exchange opportunity.

Customers exchanging articles do not receive cash back, but will receive a voucher for the amount of the purchase price of the article, excluding shipping costs. You will receive your voucher per returning post after w received the article and it is in the same condition as when we send it off to you.  Please do not return articles send to us ‘Franco’ or ‘COD’ as we will not accept them.

We strive to send you articles in good condition, if however you receive an article in faulty condition, we will exchange it for a similar product. Shipping will be at our expense (to be reimbursed to you after the article is returned and checked by us) If we cannot replace your article you are entitled to a refund, never exceeding the original paid purchase price. If you receive a faulty article, please send us an e-mail as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after delivery. (

8. Liability

Laura Dols cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the articles caused by external factors outside our direct influence. (such as but not limited to shipping and delivery) We can provide, upon request, an insurance against loss and/or damage for a small additional fee.

Laura Dols BV cannot be held liable, nor will it accept any claims, caused by our websites being down or malfunctioning. Information on our websites may from time to time be outdated, incorrect or incomplete, and such shortcomings will not make us liable to any claims from you. In addition, Laura Dols BV cannot be held responsible for the unauthorized use of the Laura Dols BV systems, including the website, by a third party.

9. Registration of your personal data
Laura Dols BV treats your personal data with the greatest care and respect. Your purchase information will be used for internal purposes only (shipping and billing) and be recorded and archived in our secure database. The data will not be made available to third parties. You can choose if you want your e-mail address to be included in our newsletter mailing.  If you do not want to receive our newsletter at any time, you can make this known to us by mail or e-mail. We will then remove your email address out of our mailing system.

10. Gift vouchers
Our gift vouchers range from 10, - euro to 100, - euro. They are valid until 1 year after date of issue. They can only be spend when purchasing items from our stores (not online purchases). You can order gift vouchers via: service@lauradols.nl The gift vouchers will be send to you by regular post. Gift vouchers can never be exchanged for cash.

All our designs are copyright protected. All rights are reserved. The information and images on the website are also copyright protected. Use of website texts and images is prohibited. No part of this website may be copied, stored and / or distributed without written permission from Laura Dols BV
