SHIPMENT
We aim to offer your order to TNT post services within three working days after receipt of your payment to us. TNT will usually deliver your order within 24 hours (max.48 hours) within the Netherlands. If you want to check the status of your shipment, either locally or abroad, use track& trace. Laura Dols will contact you via your e-mail as soon as possibly if delay occurs or delivery problems arise.
If your shipment goes abroad, you will also be notified by e-mail if your order has an estimated delivery time exceeding 2 weeks.
If your order cannot be forwarded to you within 20 days for any reason, you will be notified. In this case, you have the right to cancel your order and your down payment will be refunded in full.
